Shipping information

We ship our products within Sweden with trackable shipping. Your order will be processed within 1–3 business days from the time we receive your order.
Normal delivery time is 2–5 working days depending on where in Sweden you live. International orders may vary. 

Shipping to agent:
 Shipments that are not collected from the agent are automatically returned to us after the end of the delivery period (usually 14 days).
For unclaimed packages that are returned to us, a fee equivalent to the shipping cost will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping and handling costs.

Please note that an uncollected package does not count as a withdrawal right. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must first collect the package and then return it according to our return policy.

Shipping cost:

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, according to the Distance Contracts Act. The product must be in unused condition and in its original packaging .

Here's how to make a return:

  1. Please contact us via info@haxkraft.com before sending anything back.

  2. Please provide the order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will confirm the return and give you the return address.

  4. Once we have received and approved the return, we will refund the amount (excl. shipping) within 10 working days.

Return shipping is paid by the customer , unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Complaint

If a product is damaged, broken or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via email. Please attach pictures and the order number.

We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines and handle complaints according to current Swedish law.
