These terms and conditions apply when you visit and/or make a purchase via the Häxkraft website (“the website”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

3. Products and services

We offer tools and products for cultivation and gardening. All products are sold in accordance with current Swedish law.

We reserve the right to change the range, prices or information on the website at any time without prior notice.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in SEK including VAT. Payment is made via payment methods, Klarna, Swish, card payment. We reserve the right to printing errors and possible price changes.

5. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 2–5 working days but may vary. Shipping fees are added as stated at checkout.

Shipments that are not collected from the agent are automatically returned to us after the end of the delivery period (usually 14 days).
For unclaimed packages that are returned to us, a fee equivalent to the shipping cost will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping and handling costs.

Please note that an uncollected package does not count as a withdrawal right. If you want to cancel your purchase, you must first collect the package and then return it according to our return policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The product must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging. Refunds will be made after the return has been received and approved.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Complaints

If an item is damaged, faulty or does not correspond to the description, you have the right to complain within 14 days. Contact us as soon as possible via email with pictures and order number.

8. Intellectual property rights

All content on the website – such as text, images, graphics and logos – belongs to Häxkraft or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages that may arise from the use of our products.

10. Disputes

Disputes are primarily resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, you can contact the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN). Swedish law applies.
