Changes and cancellation of orders
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Häxkraft is not responsible for name or address changes. If you need to change your delivery address, it may be possible through the carrier once the package has been handed over. Look out for alternative delivery options in your tracking emails.
If you have changed your mind or no longer need the order, please return it to us as soon as possible according to the return instructions.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a confirmation and a tracking link.
Problems with your order
Check your tracking link from the carrier for updates or to see if it's possible to change the delivery date or delivery address.
